~ Deactivated WW2 German Bomber Aircrew Matching Numbers Luger PO8 Pistol With Holster And Spare Magazine ~

The Luger is dated to 1921 and has matching numbers of 4697, sometimes abbrievated to 97, except for the magazine. There are also general wartime eagle stamps.

The holster is stamped PO8 and bml/42 ('bml' being the wartime code for Hans Roemer, Neu-Ulm / Donau and 42 standing for 1942). Included is a spare magazine.

The pistol was recovered from a shot down WW2 German bomber by the previous owner as a boy in Sway, near Southampton in Hampshire.

~ Condition ~

Please refer to the images for the condition. Being deactivated to EU/GB standards in 2023 it does not dry fire.

~ Dimensions ~

The pistol is of the standard size, 21 cm (8.25 inches) in length.
