The Druck-Zunder 35 fuze was a push action fuze and was used in German anti-tank, anti-personel mines including the Tellermine and the simple Behelfs-brettstuckmine. This box of fuzes has a label inside for use with the Behelfsminen D.Z.35 with a activation weight of 32kg. The fuzes are contained in their original lidded cardboard box with a wooden separator in the bottom. There are 5 wound reels of cord to use when arming the fuzes, 4 spare safety bolts and knurled screws and an instruction leaflet. The lid of the box has a label dated 11 August 1944 and 4 Stuck Druck-Zunder 35 ( 4 x pressure fuzes number 35) printed on it . The box retains the pull string that was wound round the circumference to open the paper seal stuck round the box. The fuzes are made of aluminium with a bronzed finish and are fitted with a safety bolt which is secured by a knurled screw. The only marking to the fuze is the stamping d4 on the side. See Special Weapons of the Third Reich, An Encyclopaedic Survey, pages 353 - 357 by Terry Gander and peter Chamberlain. This is a nice original box of DZ35 fuzes in their original box complete withal their accessories and instruction leaflet. The price includes UK delivery and no licence is required to possess these inert fuses in the UK if retained as part of a collection or display. O 1973
