For sale is a Second World War 2nd Iron Cross award with box. This is a second class Iron Cross medal, awarded to a member of the German Army during World War 2 for an act of bravery in battle or another military battlefield contribution. This medal comes with its original ribbon and retains most of its paintwork. The date 1939 represents the beginning of WW2 and the 1813 on the reverse was the year the award was created.

*Condition*

Overall the Iron Cross and the box is in very good condition. The medal and the ribbon are in excellent order being kept nicely preserved in a later replacement box. Please refer to the images as a part of our condition report.
