The original matching scabbard with some red coloured enamel decoration. The blade fully engraved and with gilt panels depicting mounted knights in a Medieval jousting tournament. The sword pommel showing a 17th century style closed helmet. White decorated grips (not ivory), engraved with the initials A.J.K. The blade also marked with the original owners name "ARTHUR J. KERKER" Blade length 30 inches. Supplied by CINCINNATI REGALIA CO, OHIO and engraved with their makers marks to the blade. Overall length in scabbard 38 inches. Good condition. Ref 2556..
