The lock plate decorated with floral scrolling and stamped with the letters RG. (Probably the lock-makers initials). 14 inch barrel. The butt cap, side-plate, ramrod pipes,trigger guard and lock plate all made of iron. Wooden ramrod, possibly replaced. Some signs of normal wear and use during it's working life otherwise in good condition. Action in working order, weak main spring. Overall length approx 22 inches. Ref 3196.
