The barrel 19 inches in length. The lock engraved TOWER crown G.R. Brass trigger guard, two iron side nails retaining a large brass side-plate which is engraved ''JOHN PETTINGER''. (possibly a later owners name?). Overall length 32 inches. Lock in good working order. The heavy iron barrel struck at the breech with 2 proof marks. Muzzle diameter approx 1.5 inches.
