The revolver comes with its new specification deactivation certificate dated 09/04/2014.
The Smith & Wesson Model 10, previously known as the Smith & Wesson .38 Hand Ejector Model of 1899, the Smith & Wesson Military & Police or the Smith & Wesson Victory Model, is a revolver of worldwide popularity. It was the successor to the Smith & Wesson .32 Hand Ejector Model of 1896 and was the firstSmith & Wesson revolver to feature a cylinder release latch on the left side of the frame like the Colt M1889. In production since 1899, it is a six-shot double-action revolver with fixed sights.
The frame is stamped on one side with the S&W trade mark, ‘FTR’ and ‘Made in USA’.
The barrel is stamped on one side ‘.38 S&W CTG’, on the other ‘SMITH&WESSON’ and on the top is stamped with the S&W address and patent number.
The top of the cylinder’s frame is stamped ‘UNITED STATES PROPERTY’.
The steel grip frame is stamped with the serial number ‘239373’.
The revolver cocks and dry fires. The cylinder can be ejected, as seen in the images.

The barrel length is 5 inches (12.7 cm) and the overall length of the revolver is 10.5 inches (26.7 cm).
It weighs 915 grams.
~ Condition ~
The revolver is in good condition for its age with some loss of blue and paint chips.
The wooden grips remain undamaged.
