Webley & Scott Tempest .22 Air Pistols

A superb condition, 'restored' example of this fine piece of British airgun history!

Dismantled to its component parts, cleaned, all necessary internals polished before re-lubrication and final re-assembly. Barrel assembly has had 12 applications of cold blue, polishing with 0000 grade wire wool between each coating. A new breech seal has also been fitted.

Much time & effort (and sore fingers!) was put into achieving the glossy exterior finish, but the result worth it and in my humble opinion, looks superior to the original.

After re-assembly, I put a short string of 13.96 Marksman pellets through the pistol and it was averaging 3.61ft.lbs/341fps, which is quite respectable for both the model and its age. It shoots as good as it looks!
