It has superb Stag Horn grips, the right mounted with Police Eagle with Swastika, Eagle head pommel & upswept, oak leaf cross guard which is stamped ‘SB.14194’. It has a clean 13” single edged, fullered blade with crisp manufacturer's mark Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Cie Solingen at the ricasso. The reverse with crisp ‘Medieval helmet’ legend. Its original black leather scabbard with nickel plated chape and locket is in similar excellent condition. The throat mount is stamped with matching Unit number. All leather & stitching are intact.
