Wesley Richards had these rifles manufactured by Auguste Francotte in Liege Belgium. They were described as the Wesley Richards No 2473 improved Martini Henry rifle. The contract for these rifles was cut short and only 10'000 were supplied.
The rifle is in a very good condition with a nice bore
