An excellent condition BSA Cadet-Major .177 Calibre Air Rifle. The woodwork and metal work are original, clean & undamaged. It has an 18 ½” rifled barrel and measures 42" overall. The cylinder has electroplated manufacturer and model detail (illustrated). It is serial number ‘CC034 (partially visible number 3 or 8)0’. The ‘CC’ prefix dates its manufacture to 1955-1957 (see Page 35 of Hiller’s Book 'The Collectors Guide to Air Rifles'). The stock’s butt is ribbed. It has a blade fore sight and adjustable dial rear sight. The loading and firing actions work crisply. The price includes UK delivery.
