This is an American M1 Carbine blank firing attachment that attaches to the front of the muzzle and clips round the fore sight wings to enable the weapon to fire blank cartridges and cycle the action automatically. The attachment has a spring loaded clip that locks it to the foresight so it does not vibrate off in use. The attachment has a blued finish with a red painted band that goes behind the foresight and has 4 small vent holes in the front to give pressure in the barrel to cycle the self loading mechanism. The adaptor is stamped on the side BMVtdg over 186. The price includes U.K. delivery and no licence is needed to possess the attachment.
