An original Victorian era Grey Hexagonal Metal Lantern with upper vent, opening lantern door, white washed glazed panels with red 'Admirals Office Devonport' motif, RN fouled anchor & 'WD' broad arrows, includes its removable antique brass oil lamp burner with cloth wick (the Royal Navy establishment at Devonport, Plymouth Devonport Royal dockyard, also known as Her / His Majesty’s Naval Base, Devonport (HMNB Devonport), is the largest naval base in western Europe. The dockyard is one of 3 operating bases in the UK for the Royal Navy. The naval base was established as the Royal Navy dockyard in 1691.
