A Blackburn Police male Constable's/ Sergeant's 6 panel ball top helmet with Guelphic Crown helmet plate. This is an excellent example of the Blackburn Police. It has an excellent exterior finish with correct 6 panel construction and ball top with vented top mount and headband with side rosettes. It is fitted with its original metal Guelphic Crown plate with central containing Arms of Blackburn. Inside it is in excellent condition with a leather sweat band and leather lining. The lining has contemporary ink hand writing ‘A29’ most likely the collar number of the Police Officer issued with the helmet. The size is approximately UK size 7. The price includes UK delivery.
