The Boss patent single-trigger with rolled-edge triggerguard, manual safety, hold-open toplever, the lockplates inset with gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, best bouquet and scroll engraving, the Whitworth-steel 'ribless' barrels with breech flat
Weight 7lb., 15in. Highly Figured Stock with Leather Covered Recoil Pad, 29in. barrels, Choked approx. 3/8 & 1/2, 2¾in. chambers, nitro proof, Re-Proof in 2009.
In a leather case.
The makers have confirmed that the gun was ordered on the 10th December 1920 for Mr Louis A. Thebaud and American Philanthropist and delivered in August 1921.
