a and a gunsmiths

What can I say?bought a gun from them 2/12/2025 without seeing it( yes I’m a fool!)paid for it and had it shipped to our local gunsmith’s (decent guys)the gun arrived luckily even though they only had one line of the address correct (thank you post office)the gun came with 100 44 cases which 30% of them were split and unable to use and the 100 lead bullets were in a broken container in the shipping box, leaving marks all over the wood work. Then I took the gun to the range and the troubles started!the action was so tight I could barely close the lever.after having it checked over and stripped down I found the gun had never been cleaned!it was filthy,not what you expect from a reputable dealer.having cleaned it I am now waiting for some new parts to hopefully fit and make the gun usable.i would never buy a gun again without seeing it in person and I would never ever recommend this gunsmith to anyone.

Great experience, good advice from Alan. Didn’t feel pressured to buy what was in stock which can sometimes happen with gun shops (or any other shop for that matter). I left a grand lighter but very happy, would thoroughly recommend A and A for your shooting needs.
