I noticed that Oakleigh Cases doesn't have as many reviews as they deserve, probably because many of the large companies they manufacture for don't take the time to leave feedback. As a one-off customer, however, I felt I had to share my experience. Having dealt with other flight case companies in the past, where my experience was far from positive, the difference with Oakleigh Cases was remarkable. I won't name and shame anyone, but the level of service, communication, and willingness to help that I received from Eddie was on a completely different level. I was genuinely impressed and delighted that Eddie accepted my order, especially when I could see the warehouse was full of production work for much larger customers, all working to tight deadlines. Despite this, he took the time to listen to exactly what I needed for my event and treated my order with the same importance and attention as any other. The turnaround was incredibly quick, the team were friendly and helpful, and the finished flight case exceeded my expectations. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and I felt valued as a customer from the very first conversation. Oakleigh Cases truly deserves far more recognition than their current number of reviews suggests. If my experience is anything to go by, they set the standard that other flight case companies should aspire to. Thank you, Eddie and the team, for going above and beyond.

The company I worked for had some shoddily built flight cases which were falling apart. Oakleigh were the only company that could offer a refurb of the cases we had, and delivered to specification. Eddie was great to work with, understood what was needed and delivered as quickly as possible.
