firstly I do not compliment easily. How ever met problems on there site. I phoned in the morning to explain what was wrong. The gentleman that took my call helped to sort it all out. It was done very professionally and with curtesy. My order was placed and paid for. The driver was also very polite and helpful. The whole transaction was an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend enough to buy from this company. they are 10/10

Ordered a bullpup air rifle. When received low on power. Contacted the store no problem they said they would exchange with another one. Got a phone call the day before the exchange and they this one was as low on power. Could have money back or pick a different gun . Pick a different gun slightly more expensive they added a second magazine and two tins of pellets and was delivered the next day. What great service great staff great store they can't do enough 😀 👏

Recently ordered a Crosman R1 from The WolfItman. It was hand delivered by one of their employees the following weekend. Fantastic service!! Loved the gun and thought I'd get a second Mag but unfortunately it was damaged :-( I contacted them via their website. I was later called (missed it) but was emailed by Amelia who couldn't be more apologetic :-) She has arranged for a replacement to be sent out along with some co2 capsules :-) and also a return label! Tell me where else you can get customer service like this!! :-)

Really easy company to use online, no nonsense and great customer service. They personally contact you to verify the purchase abd delivery and do so really well. The driver who dropped off the parcel was dedicated to the company and dies nationwide drop offs. His name was Andy and he was a really nice bloke. He shook my hand and we had a really good chat on the drive. He even helped me with my dog who decided she was going to escape from the house while we chatting! Fantastic customer service, staff who clearly love their jobs and the company. Independent small company that manages to keep prices competitive abd provide speedy delivery bang on time. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!
