I wanted to buy a Crosman R1 and most places were out of stock but I saw The Wolfman had stock and after seeing all the positive feedback on review sites and forums, I placed an order. Everything was so easy, Steve called me on the Wednesday as stated to let me know what time & day that weekend it would be delivered and explained the process again. It arrived the Sunday at 9:30am and it was all perfect, no issues and I couldn't wait to put my touch on the R1 (it was the standard black version, see photo for what it looks like after). I will definitely recommend The Wolfman to any friends that need to purchase stuff and I will use again for my needs. Great service and updates throughout the whole ordering process

Ordered a bullpup air rifle. When received low on power. Contacted the store no problem they said they would exchange with another one. Got a phone call the day before the exchange and they this one was as low on power. Could have money back or pick a different gun . Pick a different gun slightly more expensive they added a second magazine and two tins of pellets and was delivered the next day. What great service great staff great store they can't do enough 😀 👏

Bought another M4 Micro this time from Wolfman there were a couple online as only just came out again, I chose Wolfman due to the home delivery service they do, I spoke to Ciran from the outset for some additional information he went away gathered the info and called me back, I went ahead and bought the gun, they called me the following weds ref delivery times, a couple of days after that Amelia called ref the scope I ordered as the box was damaged & what would I like to do, we agreed to send the contents and they would send a new box onto me. I cannot fault this business the customer service was excellent, I’ve always used sportsman but I will now use Wolfman going forward just due to the exceptional service and the great home delivery. Thank you to you both 🙏🏼

firstly I do not compliment easily. How ever met problems on there site. I phoned in the morning to explain what was wrong. The gentleman that took my call helped to sort it all out. It was done very professionally and with curtesy. My order was placed and paid for. The driver was also very polite and helpful. The whole transaction was an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend enough to buy from this company. they are 10/10

I purchased a Glock 17 pistol on 18/07/25 from The Wolfman Store. Fantastic people to deal with. Very pleased with the pistol and just lately had an issue with the air cylinder leaking . I contacted the company on Easter Sunday expecting a response later in the week. Wow, I had a response on the same day from Dan and he said they would despatch a new magazine for the pistol on Tuesday, when they were back in the office. Dan was superb, kept me up to date with emails and on Wednesday I received my new magazine and a return label to send my old magazine back under warranty. Absolutely fantastic service from Dan and Wolfman Store. Thoughly recommend this excellent company.
