Welcome to Cart Ridge Shooting Ground
Set in a most beautiful and scenic part of the Tamar Valley beside the River Tiddy, and just half a mile from the A38. The Shooting Ground owned and run by David Dingle evolved in 1984 and is now a successfully run business with all Family involved. David runs Cart Ridge Shooting Ground together with partner Joan, daughter Hannah and her husband Justin.
As you will see we hold a vast array of Shotguns, Rifles, Ammunition and all things related to Shooting, and are one of the biggest stockists of Cartridges and Clays in the West Country, Supplying Cartridges including our own, well renowned, “X-Range” Cartridge all over the country, and are one of the biggest Wholesaler/Retailer of Clays in the South West.
Clay Shooting of our English Sporting Shoots – as on our Fixtures List (which can be found under the heading Clay Shooting in Cornwall) (Only to Shooters who hold a Current Shotgun Licence), which as you will see by our Fixtures List are held roughly once a fortnight – on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday – depending on the time of year. Tuition from Novice to Pre-season Practice Sessions and Hen and Stag Days, which can be tailored to fit your requirements, are all by appointment only.
