Above and beyond service! ​I can’t thank the team at Platoon Stores enough for saving the day. I was in a massive rush to grab some last-minute gear before heading away and realized I was cutting it incredibly close to their closing time. ​I called ahead to see if they had what I needed in stock and explained I was on my way. Not only did they confirm the items were there, but they actually stayed open past their closing time just to wait for me. When I walked through the door, they already had everything picked and bagged up, ready for a quick checkout. ​In a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought, these guys are the gold standard. Professional, prepared, and incredibly kind. If you need quality gear and want to support a shop that truly cares about its customers, this is the place. ​I’ll definitely be back (hopefully with more time to spare next time!)

Popped in today with my son to get a few bits for his Airsoft gun and a new mask. The guys in there are so friendly and beyond helpful! They checked his gun over, advised on some products, solved an issue with his current battery and even recommended some different sites which are good to play at. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Thanks again 😊

Been to the store a few times every time I walk in the customer service is outstanding extremely friendly, helpful and experienced staff any questions I had was answered and tips and recommendations given for anything I needed! Would highly recommend they have a massive selection of products and if they don’t have something they will try and get it in for you!

Came in today to get some kit for work with my other half, staff were so friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable with an impressive amount of stock! Was like a kid in a candy shop, will be going back!

An incredible place filled with a variety of tactical gear, airsoft kit and a wonderful of 5.11 apparel, bags and accessories. True heaven for any camper, airsoft or airgun fan! The staff there are wonderful. Professional, caring and understanding. More than happy to help and guide, chat and show you around, no matter the skill level or familiarity with the sport. I am awful with names and everyone there is brilliant, but a true shoutout to Ben for kitting me out and prepping me for my first proper airsoft outing. You're incredible, keep up the amazing work!
