Me and a couple of mates attended their late night Wednesday, pistol club range sessions. Had a great time. Good service and atmosphere with Staff having a good laugh and on hand to help with the automated knock down range system if needed. Targets are great as they have a timer for added competition. Great stock levels for any BB's/gas ect needed and a good selection of kit in the upstairs showroom. I'd highly recommend Platoon stores and their pistol range.

After repairing a friend's airsoft rifle, we established that a tiny spring had disappeared and was needed for 100% repair. After looking online, it seemed that this was a common size spring. This turned out not to be the case. In need of this spring two days before game day, I tried Platoon. Service was exceptional. Nothing available off the shelf in this size but they refused to give up: checking boxes of spares, stripping mags and busted pistols. After 20 mins, I was like "thanks guys for the help" but they persisted until they found the 7mm spring in the right diameter. Thanks to them, I can now use the gun this weekend. Amazing service, and all this for a rifle I didn't even buy from them. Keep up the great customer service. A few establishments could learn a lot from these guys.

What a great store. All the lads are very friendly and have all the time to explain and and recommend what you need, very easy to spend a couple of hours looking around at all the gear and the new range with electric targets is great fun. Thanks for a fun afternoon.

Really helpful guys offering a wide range of air guns . Nothing was too much trouble and their advice was most appreciated purchased exactly want we wanted and reasonably priced . Product range and pricing offered was the best we found when researching on line

Above and beyond service! ​I can’t thank the team at Platoon Stores enough for saving the day. I was in a massive rush to grab some last-minute gear before heading away and realized I was cutting it incredibly close to their closing time. ​I called ahead to see if they had what I needed in stock and explained I was on my way. Not only did they confirm the items were there, but they actually stayed open past their closing time just to wait for me. When I walked through the door, they already had everything picked and bagged up, ready for a quick checkout. ​In a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought, these guys are the gold standard. Professional, prepared, and incredibly kind.
