Manufactured in 1863 this Civil War period revolver has the 5½ in barrel with a good bore. The barrel and cylinder retain approximately 50% of their original blue finish with good case hardening finish on the frame, loading lever and hammer. The trigger guard and back strap retain nearly all of there original silver plate finish. The walnut grip is in very good condition retaining nearly all of its varnish with one small chip on the toe of the left side. The revolver has all matching serial numbers including the wedge and has a very good action.
