HIKMICRO have brought back their aftersales care event! Continuing their vastly popular aftercare service, this year’s Game Fair presented an excellent opportunity for their customers with HIKMICRO’s Health Hub. Running from Friday to Sunday, HIKMICRO offered a range of services to ensure that your HIKMICRO products are in top condition. Not only are these services essential for shooting enthusiasts, but they’re also completely free.
These aftersales care events are invaluable for any HIKMICRO customer who is serious about getting the most out of their equipment. The first service on offer at the event was a quick investigation of your HIKMICRO equipment in order to gauge its condition, informing any advice given and other appropriate services at the event.
One of the handiest services provided at the event is maintenance and cleansing. This service includes a standard cleaning of your HIKMICRO equipment and the replacement of those most easily worn parts, such as lens caps and eyecups.
Another of the services on offer at the event was free firmware updates. Going beyond cleaning and maintenance, HIKMICRO is also ensuring that your kit remains at the forefront of capability with its most recent firmware updates.
The final and possibly most important service on offer is HIKMICRO’s user training. Being able to have your equipment taken care of and updated is a big win, but receiving expert training on how to keep your equipment in top condition is even more invaluable.

These services are only on offer for HIKMICRO products that have been purchased in the UK and Ireland. The services are free of charge when completed on the same day, so make sure to visit the HIKMICRO Stand as early as possible. While each of the services is offered with the aim of being completed on the same day, the duration of the work needed is heavily dependent on the condition of the device and various on-site factors.
