This is the Competitor Corp's Model OP-1 L.B.P Pistol.

These are long range, single shot target pistols. It has open target sights and is fitted with a factory scope rail.

This one is in .357 so can be low loaded for 25yd indoor use or fire full power factory magnums out to 200+ yards.
