The Webley MK III revolver was introduced in the early 1900’s (see pages 153 & 156 of Webley Revolvers By Bruce & Reinhart where MK III .380 variants are illustrated). This is an excellent example with undamaged Walnut grips which have chequered grip panels. It has a 4" barrel and retains its original finish. The pistol is serial number '27259' which is stamped on the frame together with ‘Webley Patents’. The frame is also stamped ‘Mark III .38’ and has Webley’s winged bullet trademark. Deactivated to very early UK specification in 1992 the pistol has open cylinders that will accept inert rounds & open over bored barrel. The pistol cocks and dry fires in both single & double action. The pistol is accompanied by 6 inert deactivated, brass cased, lead bullet .380 rounds. The price includes deactivation certificate and UK delivery. Sn 23633:2
