Gamo Varmint Stalker Barricade Maxxim .177

The Gamo Varmint Stalker Maxxim .177 features their patanted Bull Whisper barrel with a fluted polymer jacketed steel bull barrel with integrated noise dampening designed not to startle your prey. There is a recoil shoulder pad which Gamo claims reduces recoil by over 70%. I bought the rifle as I wanted an all weather polymer rifle which was capable of high velocities and good groups at 25-20m. It comes with the original Gamo scope which may need zeroing as I used a different scope. The gun has a number of advanced features such as removable recoil pads and a diffraction plate just ahead of the scope to remove glare from the lens. It also comes with a tub of .177 Umarex Mosquito which I found performed well and a quality gun slip. Collection only from Matlock, Derbyshire.
