German K98 Sawback Dress Bayonet By J.A. Henckels, Scabbard and Frog. Bayo 145 - Bayo 145 / 12028

This is a scarce dress bayonet which has a working press stud and slot to fit a rifle. The blade is marked with the Manufacturers logo and name "J. A. Henckels Zwillingswerk" and an image of the 'Dancing Twins' above. There are no military or other markings on the bayonet. The grips are black chequered plastic held by three rivets. The crossguard is the standard, curved upwards on one side and the pommel is the standard birds head type. The scabbard is all steel, painted black and the frog is the cavalry type.
