Anschutz 1827 Biathlon Bolt Action. The model is based on the classic Type 54 action and the build is for the Olympic event Biathlon

This delivers a light weight yet highly accurate 22 LR rim fire. (about 4k with a scope) This rifle is ideal if you want a lighter rifle for standing, and unsupported shots, or for the smaller shooter. Although I’m 6’2” and have enjoyed shooting it. The 2 stage match trigger can be adjusted very light for target shooting. 550mm barrel with ½” UNF for your choice of moderator, barrel weight or stripper. Adjustable wooden stock. The bolt action is nice and smooth.

I bought this as my first rim fire to shoot bench rest target shooting and to double up for vermin control.

I am selling this now as I want to move to 2 separate models for each discipline

It comes with a Parker Hale steel silencer that really matches the rifle well. Also comes with 2 x 10 steel shot magazines, and a single shot tray.

In a previous life, this rifle was shortened by a couple of inches so the mag holders and side T slot have been shortened too.
