Description

2nd Pattern Fairburn Sykes 'FS' Fighting Knives were introduced in 1941. ( See page 55 of British & Commonwealth Military knives By Flook). This is a great example of the WW2, 2nd Pattern, Officer's Fairburn Sykes fighting knife. It has a knurled nickel plated handle and retains most of it's original nickel plating. It is complete with original WW2 Pattern leather scabbard with blued chape (see page 81 plate 184 of Flooks' book). The scabbard has it's 4 sew on tabs and a single elastic retaining strap. An excellent Officer's issue, FS knife with WW2 scabbard. Price includes UK delivery. Sn 8865:15 - Click to reveal - Large Collection Of Commando Daggers Just in.
