I have personally shot this rifle and it is very accurate, grouping well. The rifle was rebarreled at some point in its history (probably in the 1950s). It has the magazine cut off and the rear volley sight as per an early World War I rifle. The forend and upper hand guards are in excellent condition. The buttstock carries some marks and dings appropriate to its age.
