**MINIATURE**EXPERTLY CRAFTED**Boxed German / Austrian G&B Late 19th Century Break Action Pin Fire Metal Pistol With A Small Quantity Of 1mm Pin Fire Blank Cartridges. Sn 23708:1 - 23708:1

An unusual expertly made late 19th century Austrian metal in the white and German Silver pin fire pistol. The pistol is a diminutive 4 cms overall length and is fitted with tiny lanyard ring. The pistol breaks open for loading by depression of a metal button on the frame and the cocking and firing actions work. The barrel’s bore is open. The top of the barrel is marked ‘G&B’ most likely a German or Austrian maker. The grips have foliate decoration. The metal work in the white is undamaged with just staining to be expected with age. The pistol cocks and fires as it should. The pistol comes with the period French Plume des professeurs (English: Teachers Pen) labelled cardboard box in which it was found. The box contains a period wood box labelled ’20 Berloques Patronen’ which contains a small quantity of period 1mm blank cartridges (the rounds chamber in the barrel correctly but we cannot guarantee if any of the rounds will fire).
