This is an original, early, rare to find, WW2 Era Nazi German Double Black Leather Belt Hanger for 1933 Pattern SS Man’s & NSKK Daggers (examples of SS & NSKK dagger hangers are illustrated on page 124 of ‘Edged Weapons & Accoutrements Of Germany 1800-1945’ by Kreutz, Hofman, Johnson & Reddick. The 2 piece original leather hanger is fitted with its original nickel plated buckle and sprung metal clip. The clip is stamped with stylised barred ‘A’ trade mark of the famous maker F. W. Assmann & Söhne of Lüdenscheid, a German city known for its clothing accessories industry. The clip is also ‘DRGM’ period quality / patent assurance marked. Attached to the clip is its original small black leather belt loop with steel hanger ring. All leather and stitching are clean & intact. The price includes UK delivery. Sn 23247:1 (NB.
