Modified for maximum accuracy with top quality components, but with practicality in mind. The rifle is fitted with a Volquartsen THM carbon barrel which cost around £500, an Optisan 6-24 x 56 scope and mounts (which would cost well in excess of £300 new), a TG2000 trigger (costing around £300), an extended magazine release, and will come with both the standard ten round rotary magazine and a twenty round extended mag. I will also throw in a gun bag and any spare rounds I have.
It has been owned by me for around six years. Bought from the chairman of my old club, who was a great shot himself, this little rifle has been shot successfully at the 200 yard Century Range at Bisley. It also took me to second place in the first division (of seven) of the ORA Light Sporting Rifle winter league. A great competition rifle, it would also make a wonderfully accurate and practical vermin gun.
I am only selling it because I don’t plan to renew my FAC next year.
