This rifle has had a previous life in a Pistol stock, for use as a Long Barrelled Pistol at Long Range Bench Rest competitions.
The Volquartsen barrel is the 18" version. The steel barrel is wrapped in Carbon Fibre to increase strength and reduce weight. The finish on the barrel is unmarked. The muzzle brake is removable to enable a moderator to be fitted.
The internal bore is clean, bright and unblemished and shows very good rifling. The action has been greatly improved by a modified mag release (push up button) and bolt hold open catch. Two magazines are included is per the photos, with an additional 5x, 10 Round mags.
The laminated wooden, thumbhole stock is by Fajen (Search: Reinhart Fajen). It is immaculate, having been rarely used and then replaced by the pistol stock as above.
The scope is a Bushnell 3-12x44. It has side parallax adjustment, Target Turrets and an illuminated reticle. The scope is mounted on a quality rail, mounts and rings and it is unmarked.
