An excellent WW1 Era British Military pattern single draw Ross London No. 44043 telescope. These telescopes were often privately purchased by British Officers. It is complete with removable brass lens cap and sliding eye lens cover. The telescope is made of leather covered brass and is nicely stamped with the manufacturer's name ‘Ross London’ & designation ‘No. 44043’. The scope when open measures 32 ¼” length (closed 24 ¾”).
