Victorian Era, Spear Point Blade Bowie Hunting Knife With German Silver Cross Guard & Scabbard. Sn 12514 - 12514
This is a Victorian era Spear Point Bowie in English form. It has slab wood scales secured by pins and German Silver finger guard. It has a 6 ¾” long spear point steel blade. The blade has staining consistent with age. There are no manufacturer marks on this knife. The knife measures 11 ¼” overall length & comes with its later quality bespoke Saddler hand made open top leather scabbard with integral belt loop to the rear. The Bowie fits the scabbard snugly.
