Webley MK IV 3” barrel pocket revolvers with B prefix serial numbers were introduced in 1957 and were available throughout the 1960’s ( see page 169 of Bruce & Reinhart's book Webley Revolvers). This is a very good example. The small frame pistol has a 3" barrel. The frame of the pistol is stamped with serial number 'B38355’. The cylinder frame is signed 'Webley & Scott Ltd Made In England' & ‘Webley MK IV .38’. Its metal work has its original blue finish and its Webley signature black chequered composite grips are undamaged. The butt is fitted with lanyard ring. Deactivated to UK/EU specification in 2022 it has open cylinders that will accept inert rounds. The hammer can be manually moved, its hammer safety catch moves locking the hammer in the closed position and pulling the trigger revolves the cylinder. The pistol comes with 6 x inert deactivated brass cased rounds of .380 calibre ammunition. The price includes UK delivery and UK/EU deactivation certificate. D 6012
