I’ve shot about 200 pellets through it and it has a nice firing cycle thanks to the legendary Rekord trigger.
It comes with the iron sights that can be easily removed if needed.
There are some tiny dings to the fore end of the stock and this has been caused by the scope of my other air rifles gently knocking against it when putting them away in my cabinet again. You can only really notice the tiny dings by touch.
I already have another 99S and can testify that it is a deadly accurate rife with pellet on pellet accuracy on my 25m garden range. It’s light and easy to shoulder and would be ideal for plinking or hunting.
My other HW99S has been fitted with a Hawke Vantage 2-7X32 scope and it’s a joy to shoot. I wanted a budget plinker and this setup is ideal for me as the scope works really well with the size and weight of the 99S.
