An excellent original WW1 MK II War Office 1918 Pattern British Brodie Steel helmet with correct rolled rim. It has its original textured olive paint & no dents. It has its correct small central copper rivet at the crown and chinstrap bales attached with correct split pins. It is fitted with its excellent original black oilcloth liner with clear red ink 'Brodie' manufacturer's stamp and original horsehair pad at the crown. The inner rim is stamped ‘FS 166’.
