WW2 British ARP Warden’s axe dated 1941, issued to Air Raid Precautions personnel for rescue, demolition and emergency entry during bombing raids. Features the classic steel axe head with integrated pick, painted finish and original 1941 date stamp. These axes were carried by ARP Wardens, rescue parties and fire guards throughout the Blitz. A solid wartime example showing honest service wear and fully intact head and haft.
