FMA Engineering Crossbows and Bows

The X-BOW FMA Supersonic was and still is a real revolution on the market of (pistol) crossbows, which cannot be made any better - actually... However, X-BOW fma Engineering did not want to rest on its laurels and took on the Supersonic again. The result is a reverse crossbow that is once again a real innovation: The X-BOW FMA Supersonic REV. A small, compact, if not THE smallest, reverse crossbow on the market.

With the Supersonic REV comes a powerful pistol crossbow that consistently implements the compound principle and combines it with reverse technology. At first glance, the crossbow looks strange, as its limbs seem to be mounted the wrong way round. But this is intentional, because "reverse" means nothing other than "upside down" in English and describes the construction and mode of operation of the Supersonic REV.

The reversed limbs and differently shaped cams lengthen the power stroke and thus increase the force acting on the bolt. This allows the crossbow to reach bolt speeds that normal compound crossbows can only dream of. Despite its ultra-compact size, it has a draw weight of 120 lbs and generates bolt speeds of more than 420 fps / 460 km/h (depending on the bolt used). This makes it suitable for shooting distances of up to 60m. Such values were previously only known from much larger crossbows!

Another highlight is the innovative cable system, already used in the Supersonic, with which the Supersonic REV can also be easily cocked. Simply pull the rear handle and cock the crossbow. The cocking system is designed in such a way that the maximum force to be applied over the entire length of the Power Stroke does not exceed 40lbs.

The X-BOW FMA bolts are made of 100% carbon and are ideally suited for the X-BOW FMA Supersonic REV. The High Impact variant with 140 grain weight is intended for more effective shots with maximum effect in the target, as the heavy tip shortens the maximum distance but allows the bolt to penetrate deeper into the target.

The Red Dot MultiDot with integrated mount for 19mm sight rails is made entirely of aluminium and has a matt black anodised finish. The illuminated dot can be adjusted both in its display and in its brightness. For this purpose, it has four different illuminated dot graphics and seven brightness levels. For optimal adjustment, the Red Dot can be adjusted in longitudinal alignment and height.

Please note:

Due to the special design with inverted limbs, only the Bodkin bolts, High Impact REV bolts, Pro bolts and 24T bolts are suitable for the X-BOW FMA Supersonic REV. These bolts are longer and have a larger distance between nock and fletching, which the REV requires for optimal shooting results.

Conversely, all bolts can be fired with the X-BOW FMA Supersonic, as the distance between the cam and the fletching is irrelevant.
