A well presented over under from a fine Italian gunmaker.

The blacking on the barrels in unmarked except for some loss at the wear points hidden by the fore-end. The top rib is ventilated and there are metal bead sights up front and midway. The ejectors are strong and show no pitting. The internal bore is clean and bright with no blemishes.

The stock is has a deep rich colour and has a well figured grain. There are some minor and unfortunate cabinet marks. There is an absorber style butt pad fitted which adds an inch to the LOP, which could be replaced. The chequering on the stock and fore-end is undamaged and have a patina that adds to the character of this gun.

The action has fine scroll engraving. The trigger is crisp and the safety operates auto-on on cocking. The barrel selector switch is crisp with just a little play.
