WW2 Era Imperial German WKC (Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Cie Solingen), Army Officer's Dress Sword With Nickel Plated Fittings And Scabbard. ED 2472 - ED 2472

This is an excellent original WW1 period Imperial German WKC (Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Cie AG Solingen) Army Officer's Dress Sword. It a nickel plated knuckle bow, rolled quillon cross guard grip & langets. It has a wire bound grooved grip. All wire is tight and intact. The sword measures 35 ¾” overall and the ricasso of its clean, nickel plated 31" single edged, curved, fullered blade is stamped with the WKC Solingen makers mark and Helm legend hidden by one of the langets. The blade is fitted with original leather hilt washer. The sword is complete with its black painted scabbard with single steel hanging ring, belt bar and shoe. The scabbard’s paint is rubbed in areas consistent with age. It has no dents. The price includes UK delivery. ED 2472
