This gun shoots fine

The woodwork and metal work are in used condition. First Model MK1's were not grooved for telescopic sight. The woodwork has scratches and little dinks commensurate with its age of at least 70 years old.
I see a little split about 1" behind the trigger.
The rear sight screws up and down correctly.
The tap lever works lovely
DOES NOT LATCH TIGHTLY, PRICE ALLOWS FOR THIS.
It shoots fine.

The cylinder marking is LIGHTLY visible,
metal is smooth but shows signs of pitting.

The forestock has finger grooves and the butt is ribbed.
The rifle is just over 44” overall length, under lever cocking.
Its loading and firing action works perfectly,
it latches fine.
