The makers name I Parkes engraved on one side of the frame and floral engraving to the other side. 2 inch turn off iron cannon barrel. British proof marks stamped under the breech. Bag shaped walnut grip. Overall length 7 inches. Action in good working order. This pistol was made at exactly the right time in history to have possibly been carried during the American Revolutionary war, as well as during the Napoleonic era.
