COLONEL". Circa 1840. Dolpin head hammers. Damascus 5 inch barrells. The side plates both engraved "D'ALBIEZ Lt. COLONEL"? We have not been able to find a reference to this officer. Fineley shaped wooden grips swelling out at the butts. Complete with replaced ramrods. One small piece of wood missing from the left side of one grip, otherwise in good condition and working order. An extremely unusual pair of officer's pistols. Ref 9205.
