A scarce Napoleonic period British military .69 calibre officer's flintlock pistol engraved on the lock-plate "Wallis". (Possibly George Wallis of Hull). Circa 1790-1803. Standard brass military side plate, trigger guard, ramrod pipe and butt cap. Two British proof marks stamped at the breech on the 9 inch barrel. Wooden ramrod. Approx .69 calibre. Overall length 15 inches. Good working action. In good condition showing little signs of use and wear. Ref 1865. This is an obsolete antique item and is sold as a collectors item only.
