This culminating in the Apache and Cobra attack helicopters firing the 30x113B round from the Hughes chain gun. The WECOM guns were part of the development series which included various cartridge case lengths including 100mm, 113mm and 126mm. This round is known as the WECOM long and was part of the experimental series of rounds and was not adopted. The brass cartridge case is electric primed and bears no headstamp. The projectile retains most of its original black painted finish and is stencilled in white 30MM TP T239 (the T239 series of rounds as opposed to the current T230 round) KOP-5-16. The copper driving band is stamped round its circumference *HVM-15-14 55 30MM T328*. The price includes UK delivery and no licence is required to retain this inert round in the UK if retained as part of a collection or display. Sn 19530:11
