This is the N.C.O.'s pattern with down swept quillon and a sight on the muzzle ring for use on the Mannlicher short rifle. The blade is stamped with the Austrian Eagle and 'Stf' and the top of the pommel is stamped with 'LR 74', probably a regimental mark. These bayonets were used during WW1 and up to the Annexation by Germany in 1938 when German weapons were used. The scabbard is all steel and the frog stud is stamped with two logos and the number "23" (see White & Watts No 40, pages 8 & 20) The price includes UK delivery. Bayo 173
