This is an excellent condition pre WW1 hook quillion 1907 pattern bayonet for the Enfield rifle manufactured in Feb 1911 by the rarer maker Sanderson. The ricasso is marked '1907 (Pattern), ' 2 '11 (Date) & 'ER Crown'. The reverse has inspection stamp. The cross guard is stamped '5809'. The blade is clean & the wood slabs are undamaged. It is in its original black leather scabbard with steel locket & Chape. It is also fitted with an original WW1 1914 pattern webbing frog. The rear of the frog has the correct helve carrier strap.
